Bodily injury covers serious injury and or death caused by another person’s negligence when operating a motor vehicle. Bodily injury coverage will protect you and members of your family from mounting medical bills, pain and suffering, wage loss, and other damages caused by the negligence of another person. Florida law does not require that bodily injury coverage be purchased.
