I strive to promote an understanding of the legal process, and continuously communicate with my clients by making myself, or my staff, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Prior to founding Daniel Sagiv Law Group, I practiced at a boutique law firm in South Florida, where I served as head of the Personal Injury Department. I graduated with honors from The University of Miami and from Florida International University School of Law, where I earned the distinction of being selected for The Law Review and The Board of Advocates (Moot Court). I was also a recipient of the Florida Bar’s “Outstanding Local Government Award.”

In addition, I am a certified sports agent for the National Basketball Association and National Football League Players Association.

I have been admitted to practice law in Florida, Georgia, Michigan and New Jersey. I am a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association as a Personal Injury Committee Member.
